Essential Oil Oracle Wisdom!
I love seeking wisdom from outside sources and I have a shelf full of beautiful and diverse Oracle Cards. I see them as my ‘support team’ and I go to them daily for their voice of wisdom! They become especially powerful when I combine them with my doTERRA essential oils!
So how do I do this?
Well firstly I quieten my mind and let go of the ‘busy busy’ buzzing in my brain by applying an oil that helps me to feel ‘grounded’. A very popular choice for me is doTERRA Balance blend. Two drops in the palm of my hand, rubbed together and inhaled deeply as I breathe in and out helps to still my mind as I ask, ‘what wisdom will serve me best today?’
Then I choose a card.
For those of you who struggle to ‘trust’ yourself, you may want to add in an extra step. Choose an oil that will support your level of ‘self-belief’ so you will ‘hear and believe’ your inner voice as it heeds the message and ‘interprets’ the oracle card you selected! I suggest you pick one of the oils below and follow the same process as with Balance blend above:
- If you are stuck in comparison mode and do NOT feel ‘enough’ – try doTERRA Pink Pepper Essential oil to inspire some self-love and compassion
- If you are feeling downtrodden and that life just ‘happens’ to you – try doTERRA Ginger Essential oil to empower you
- If your self-esteem is a bit tattered – try doTERRA Bergamot Essential oil to awaken your soul and reignite confidence in your inner self
Once I have the card, I read it and listen to what meaning I draw from it. I note any sensations in my heart, mind and body and I then refer to my knowledge of essential oils and their emotional support properties and I will apply one of those that will support that particular emotion!
You may follow a different way of choosing your cards according to what you have learnt or they type of cards you are using, but the essential oil practices can still be incorporated in a similar way.
